A very tasty stop...La Nichia Cafe was the meeting place and first stop on our food tour. Like so many others, we enjoyed the food, wine and atmosphere. We now know about the quality olive oils and balsamics and had a chance to taste and compare the differences.

This a fantastic little cafe. We went there on a food tour and were able to taste so many of their products they sell. High quality balsamic vinegar up to 30 year aged!! (Pricey) Delicious pestos basil and sundried tomato both. The classic Italian meats are fantastic. Wonderful prosecco and vernaccia as well as chianti classico. Go find this place (not far from Bonci pizza) or better yet do 'the Roman Food Tour' and you will get the best experience!!

Like many others, I came here on a food tour and the sampling we were offered on our tour were fantastic. Perhaps better than the food and coffee was the shop keeper from Estonia, who had a great sense of humor and was very welcoming.

Liis was wonderful! She gave us Italian lessons as well as educated us on Italian traditions and superstitions! So much fun! One of the best experiences that I’ve had in Rome!! Grazie Liis!

16/11/2025: I went to this pastry shop on Saturday evening. I had a pangocciolo (a kind of pizza), which I must say was very good, and two small red pizzas. The pizzas were burnt; the back was black, dry, and just two squares. I had to throw them away. The service was nothing special. I asked what I could put in the pangocciolo, and they didn't answer verbally, but they showed me a poster that wasn't even very clear, with all the fillings. If you order the pizzas, check carefully and ask for them to be not burned.
16/11/2025: Delicious, and the staff are incredibly friendly. They have everything from sweet to savory, but dessert is the real star here!
