Today I had the pleasure of having lunch in a typical Tuscan restaurant. I enjoyed some truly delicious truffle tagliatelle and truffle scallops. The staff were fantastic, friendly and attentive. Absolutely adequate value for money. A place that I highly recommend and where I will definitely return!

Without ifs or buts, the best place to eat in the most beautiful village in Italy, I love Anghiari, like the people of Anghiari, they welcome you as if you were one of them, Sergio delights the palate with all the Tuscan specialties, obviously associated with an excellent wine. What can I say? Pure entertainment.

Excellent Tuscan dishes Not high price

Vado spesso in questo ristorante quando sono ad Anghiari per lavoro. Antipasti ottimo, specialmente il crostino con il paté di fegatini, buonissimo lo spezzatino, con carne tenera a saporita. Da rivedere i dolci, poco vari ma molto buoni i cantuccini

Decent lunch in Anghiari. The place appears welcoming right at the beginning of the San Martino street. The bringoli with fake sauce were a discovery. The grill is also good. Average prices: first second and water €30

On Sunday for lunch we enter this old-fashioned place with a neglected look. We order tagliolini with truffle and pappardelle with wild boar: the former drowned in butter and with truffles that you can't chew, the pappardelle with a sauce worse than a canteen. Let's move on to the second courses, fried (frozen) mushrooms, not special but you know, even a ciabatta is good when fried, baked cheek... finally something good but not three slices. Two bottles of water, a glass of red wine that I barely finished, a well-made tiramisu and two coffees, 77 euros. Quick service but I still had to see the waiter who pours the parmesan so as not to leave you the cheese bowl. The gem was seeing that behind us there was a tart packaged in plastic complete with a label of ingredients that the waiters cut to bring to the tables of those who asked for it, I think at 5 euros each but I could be wrong. So almost 80 euros for a lunch like this... Meh! Better two flatbreads in the square

Very polite staff. Even when one arrives they serve water and wine. Excellent eating. Where can you find porcini mushrooms and truffles?! From Nena!
