29/09/2025: I visited this typical Neapolitan restaurant, and the experience was simply unforgettable. From the first moment, you're enveloped in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, reminiscent of the most authentic trattorias in the alleys of Naples, with simple yet elegant furnishings and, perhaps, a discreet background of classical Neapolitan music.
The cuisine is a true triumph of Mediterranean tradition. I tried it in two ways, both successful:
1. The Pizza: Their pizza deserves an honorable mention. The dough is light, the crust high and soft, as per the Neapolitan school, and the ingredients are incredibly fresh. A true excellence, among the best I've ever eaten outside of Campania.
2. The Special of the Day: The richness of the daily menu caught our attention. We opted for a fresh fish (a sea bass cooked in salt, perfectly cooked and flavorful) and Linguine alla Luciana, which turned out to be fabulous: a rich and balanced sauce with very fresh baby octopus and sweet cherry tomatoes. A true delight for the palate.
We couldn't finish without the traditional desserts. We were curious to see if they were up to par, and we weren't disappointed: the pastiera and babà were soaked in rum, perfectly moist, and bursting with the authentic flavor of tradition.
Special praise goes to the staff: their kindness, hospitality, and preparation were exemplary. They expertly guided us through our wine selection (we chose an excellent Falanghina), passionately explaining the specials of the day, and making us feel pampered throughout the evening.
In short: If you're looking for a slice of Naples at the table, with excellent ingredients, dishes that honor tradition, and impeccable service, this is the place. Highly recommended!
