Mushrooms: An incredible taste of the region. Fragrant, fresh, and cooked to perfection. Pappardelle with venison: A sublime dish. The pasta was delicious. The venison ragù was rich, intense, and uniquely tender, without any overpowering gamey flavors. Perfect balance. Pastin: A local specialty that won us over. A robust and authentic dish, full of tradition and culinary expertise. Desserts: We finished on a high note with a dessert that was a delight to the palate. Light, delicious. The perfect ending to an exceptional meal. The location is enchanting, in a quiet spot with a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains.
