Celebrating Michela's birthday at the La Montanella restaurant in Arqua Petrarca where my works were exhibited was an exciting and highly rewarding experience for us. They made me discover that there are visionary restaurateurs like the Borin family who manage this excellence of our Euganean Hills and have been able to create a formidable synergy between art, food and hospitality. The ability to enhance art in all its forms, from tasty creative dishes to the display of works, is certainly the best way to make sitting at the table even more pleasant because art is also nourishment for the soul! A location with a beautiful life. The structure appears very elegant and at times even refined. The interior is really very beautiful and large, even romantic at times. A structure that can also host events such as weddings, baptisms, etc. The environment is divided into several rooms to provide guests with the necessary tranquility and privacy. The menu is refined, and the dishes are of a high quality. The entrée of fresh ricotta and jujube jam is stellar. Also very good are the Scallop Fantasia and the pumpkin Ruffioli with smoked ricotta and chopped hazelnuts. The lobster spaghetti is too al dente. An appropriately broad wine list with some important and precious choices. The service is of a high level, even if there are some details that need improvement, for example tasting the wine before serving it, or picking up the plate when the cutlery is still in the open position. I had noticed a good selection of vegetarian options from the online menu and decided to give it a try. They have shown me that even if you are not a purely veg restaurant, it is more than possible to satisfy the needs of those who do not eat meat. I was absolutely satisfied. As well as those who were with me, who instead tasted the proposals for typical Paduan cuisine. Perfect staff. Advised.

Abbiamo mangiato oggi a pranzo, abbiamo assaggiato diverse pietanze e tutte davvero eccezionali, una meglio dell’altro. Servizio eccellente e di classe. Consiglio vivamente a tutti di provarlo. Io ci tornerò sicuramente!
