We arrived by chance and were hooked from the first few minutes. The staff is super friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, and most importantly: the beers and spritzers are good (I especially recommend the Spritz Select). A great place to refresh yourself after a long day of walking.

Located a few minutes from the station and a few steps from the window on Via Piella, we decided to stop here before leaving. We had decided to have just an aperitif but then we were tempted by the menu and we added an Emilian cutting board which turned out to be exceptional. Quick service, average prices and friendly staff. A last taste of local delicacies before the return trip.

Ristorante piccolo, raccolto e intimo. Ambiente caldo e discreto, perfetto per una serata tra amici a fare chiacchiere. Si mangia molto bene e i prezzi non sono assolutamente eccessivi. Nel complesso un bel posto dove passare un venerdì sera. Servizio gentile e sempre presente al momento del bisogno.

Nos recomendaron La Montanarina Bistro por amigos - y aquí tuvimos nuestra mejor comida en Bolonia. Vinimos a almorzar nuestro último día en Bolonia, pero nos hubiera encantado probar más de los diches del menú. Muy recomendable - buen servicio.

La Nuova Fraschetta

08/10/2025: I was in Bologna for my wife's health problems and before an operation we went to Nuova Fraschetta to eat and I can say that in addition to the kindness of the staff, the food was excellent and the pasta was fresh and homemade. I recommend it.
04/10/2025: Thank you La Nuova Fraschetta, we had a lovely dinner with our family while we were on a scouting trip in Bologna. . Everything about our night was perfect, and we really appreciate your warm friendly hospitality, great recommendations, fresh pasta, seafood, deserts, beautiful food, and drinks.
