Tried ragu at 5 establishments in Bologna and this was our favourite! Great service as well 💕 the beef cheek was really tender and melted in our mouths.

I've lived in Bologna for many years but had never had the chance to go there. The traditional dishes are well-prepared and very good. The atmosphere inside is wonderful.

All the dishes were truly delicious and unpredictable. The brioche with mortadella mousse was exceptional, and the lasagna was excellent. The atmosphere was more than pleasant, and the service was prompt and attentive. Highly recommended.

Hicimos una reseña en el bistró del mismo nombre - misma calle por error y repetiremos nuestras experiencias aquí, porque tuvimos nuestra mejor comida en Bolonia en la trattoria La Montanara - no el bistró. Encontramos el lugar a través de la recomendación de un amigo - que también nos dijo que busquemos el restaurante. y fue un placer almorzar ella.

04/10/2025: Slap bang in the middle of the historic centre of Bologna, this wonderful restaurant enchanted me with its amazing food and attentive service. I was lucky enough to sit beside the owner who looked after me throughout. The atmosphere was perfect and the food and drink was just the best. I will return!!

Drogheria della Rosa

14/09/2025: Visited at the beginning of September on a trip to Bologna with my mum. I had been to Drogheria Della Rosa once before and really wanted to go back! The food and hospitality was exceptional once again - Emanuele is a great host and it feels like you are visiting a old friend when you step into the restaurant. Food was delicious and wine was great. I hope to come back to Bologna again and come for dinner here.
12/09/2025: It is an international disgrace that this restaurant does not have at least four Michelin stars
