Sublime pinsa, impeccable service

I had several lunches and dinners at La Monachina during a business trip, and I highly recommend it. The food is excellent, from the starters to the main courses, to the pinsa. The staff is very friendly and the service impeccable.

The pinza is excellent, the carbonara needs a lot of work.

We ordered four takeaway pinsas, and they were delicious! Delicious flavors and plenty of ingredients!

We went for dinner and had some super tasty pinsa! There are so many different types! There's even a section of the menu dedicated to custom pinsas from some really intriguing customers. Great prices and a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely worth a try and a return visit!

Best pizzeria in all of Italy so far, aside from the street food pizza al taglio, which is in a whole other league. I've eaten here twice. The pinsa from La Monachina is worth a trip to Italy in itself. The crust is extremely light and crispy thanks to the very long rising time and special composition. Crispy crusts are the exception, not the rule, even at Italian pizzerias, but here every pizza is super crispy.

Tasty dishes, generous portions. The staff is distinguished by kindness and courtesy.
