I feel sorry for the owner; the food is good, but they need to fix the issue with The Fork app. I went to the restaurant after making a reservation using The Fork app, but when I checked out, I couldn't pay because the restaurant isn't enabled. The owner also looked at me and said I wasn't the first to have this problem, but didn't do anything to fix it. There's no point in attracting customers with The Fork if they can't complete the reservation. I was forced to pay by card, without taking advantage of a single The Fork benefit (points, discounts, gift cards, promotions, etc.—could they at least offer a discount?). The place looks really good, and I'm sorry to cause this bad publicity. I hope they can fix this problem and that it never happens to anyone again.
