In the area for work on a Saturday, we went looking at Maps. The atmosphere was industrial, to begin with. What a show! He was so nice (the accent obviously helps), and the food was delicious. I made the mistake of ordering the tagliata, but not because it wasn't good; in fact, served on a hot stone, I really enjoyed it. I had to order one of the dishes he listed, which you can't find anywhere else. Congratulations, I had a wonderful time. Obviously, no appetizer and dessert, otherwise whoever works later...

There's no menu, so you don't know how much you'll pay until you get to the cashier. The manager is beyond friendly (almost rude), and it's impossible to eat in peace: he shouts and is extremely quick to take your food. Fixed price based on friendliness, I think.

22/11/2025: Always prompt with service, and without the unbearable time differences between the kitchen and the pizzeria that unfortunately characterize so many pizzerias and restaurants. The food is always perfect, and the waiters are professional. The soundproofing is noteworthy, making conversation pleasant even when the place is full. Once I showed up without a reservation, they were full, and it was very early (7:30 PM). The receptionist told us, "I'll serve you quickly, but I need the table by 8:30 PM." She kept her word: by 8:15 PM we had finished eating. Truly great professionals. Well done.
