I went there to have a quick lunch. There was not a lo of people. The menu was just 4 plates. The food was really good and the service was amazing. Strongly recommended.

Historic Florentine establishment with over 100 years of business, opened in 1919. Excellent food, great value for money with a picturesque and traditional setting. Satisfied, but they don't make coffee. Friendly owner, hesitant to accept the POS.

We like going to La Mescita: a typical, basic place, few dishes but typical and without frills. In an increasingly commercial Florence that covers up its beauties to make tourists happy, having lunch at La Mescita is a real refreshment. The only note, they don't like ATMs.

We really liked the place! After the Leonardo da Vinci Museum we accidentally came across this place and went for lunch and we did not regret it. There were no people, it was quiet, the gentlemen there were very polite. The food was cheap and very tasty. The interior is authentic and the whole experience was very pleasant.

29/05/2025: We stumbled upon this very cute restaurant by chance. Lovely decor, products that seemed high-quality, and reasonably priced. The cheesecake was to die for! The decor was trendy, and the waitresses were friendly!
