Very good typical local food. Large portions. One of the brothers serves good food, while the other doesn't treat tourists well.

Historic Florentine establishment with over 100 years of business, opened in 1919. Excellent food, great value for money with a picturesque and traditional setting. Satisfied, but they don't make coffee. Friendly owner, hesitant to accept the POS.

We like going to La Mescita: a typical, basic place, few dishes but typical and without frills. In an increasingly commercial Florence that covers up its beauties to make tourists happy, having lunch at La Mescita is a real refreshment. The only note, they don't like ATMs.

We really liked the place! After the Leonardo da Vinci Museum we accidentally came across this place and went for lunch and we did not regret it. There were no people, it was quiet, the gentlemen there were very polite. The food was cheap and very tasty. The interior is authentic and the whole experience was very pleasant.

Nos ha encantado y a un precio muy razonable en comparación con la zona. El personal muy amable y una carta reducida muy controlada. Probamos los callos florentinos y la pasta.

Bellissimo locale, si torna indietro di 100 anni, infatti locale storico nato nel 1919, Menu tipico toscano, vino genuino, costo basso, qualità alta. È piccolissimo si deve essere fortunati per trovare posto.

Osteria Il Postiglione

18/01/2025: Osteria scelta a caso, dopo una giornata in una spa in zona, piacevolmente stupiti, carne ottima, vino buonissimo, dolci fantastici!!!! I gestori dell'osteria simpaticissimi, ottimo servizio. Consigliatissimo😋
