11/01/2026: I was invited to lunch for an event and hadn't mentioned my vegetarian preferences. The owners were incredibly kind and offered me plenty of alternatives to the set menu. I was truly pampered and didn't feel "different." I would have settled for a simple pasta dish, but instead, with each course, they offered delicious small dishes—unmissable! This wasn't a given for a traditional Piedmontese restaurant. The dishes were excellent, and everyone at the table agreed (including the appetizers, first courses, and meat-based main courses), with the mushroom flan being exceptional. I'll definitely be back, even if it's not on the way; it's worth the trip.
