We ate at this place about two years ago. The food and atmosphere are very good. The service is also very fast and the price is fair. Even though Pienza is small, it's easily accessible because it's located at the entrance/exit of the historical part of town. We would definitely go back.

As far as I'm concerned, the restaurant is a point of reference when I go to Pienza... The people who work there are fabulous, kind, competent and the food is quality... A very nice place with a great atmosphere! The service was terrible, the waiter was rude. The wait for service was too long. It took over 15 minutes to get the bill! I don't recommend it. But I do recommend the food.

23/01/2026: We ate here last night. The atmosphere was very subdued, with soft lighting and pleasant background music. We had the artichoke flan, the pici cacio e pepe, the cheek with mashed potatoes, and two different desserts...all delicious! I didn't use a knife to eat the cheek... The prices were more than reasonable. All "topped off" by a very kind owner who had already brought water for our dog in no time... Highly recommended!!!!
22/01/2026: Good food, cozy atmosphere in a busy street. Limited vegetarian options, but they were all tasty. We had the artichoke flan as appetizer, then local Senese soup, and finally the ravioli. These were the only veg dishes on their menu. All delicious. Topped it off with panacotta and the chocolate cake, both excellent.
