A nice place with a terrace and an indoor atmosphere, facing a pretty square in Pienza. The service was good, and the food was decent. In this case, the Pici (like shorter, thicker spaghetti) with Calcio and Pepe, as well as a mixed platter with various local products (salami, prosciuto, pecorino cheeses, and more). Highly recommended.

We've been coming to Tuscany every year since 2018. On the first day, we absolutely must visit Francesca and her restaurant. You're greeted with incredible warmth. This is how the holiday begins, and for us, it's like coming home. The food is incredibly delicious. You can tell there's a real Italian mamma in the kitchen who prepares everything herself. I can't wait for next year. We love you and miss you.

We went for a late light lunch and shared the gluten-free val di orca pizza, which was very nice, particularly if you are a fan of pecorino cheese. The views are incredible and the service was excellent.

Well-kept and familiar environment. Very good pizza, but also the first and second courses are of excellent quality in raw materials and preparation. Fast, precise service and kind and helpful staff..I highly recommend!

Nos topamos con La Mensa del Conte en Pienza por casualidad, atraídos por el increíble olor de la pizza vagando por las calles — ¡y estamos tan contentos de haber seguido nuestras narices! Este lugar resultó ser el lugar perfecto para un almuerzo rápido y satisfactorio. Pedimos dos pizzas Piccante y una Margherita, y cada bocado fue fantástico. La salsa fue la más destacada — rica y sabrosa con solo un toque de dulzor que equilibraba maravillosamente la salinidad del queso y los ingredientes. La corteza era justo, y el servicio era rápido y amable, por lo que es una parada fácil y agradable durante nuestro día de exploración. Otra ventaja inesperada pero apreciada: un baño limpio y bien cuidado, que siempre es una ventaja cuando estás en movimiento. Si estás en Pienza y deseas una gran pizza sin el alboroto, La Mensa del Conte definitivamente merece una visita.
