What a hidden gem! All the dishes are spot on. The waiter was very helpful and explained the dishes in details. The price is reasonable. The place is small but cozy. We'll definitely come back.

A typical Foligno restaurant in the city center, with very welcoming staff that makes you feel right at home. Typical dishes include truffle scrambled eggs, fried tripe, snail skewers, and Mattera pigeon. Reasonable prices.

We booked (luckily others had given up on dinner) at this tavern with ancient flavours...super service, the owner is an exquisite person who explained all the courses to us in great detail...I can say the cold cuts are amazing...but the TRIPPE and the Pigeon are fantastic...I highly recommend anyone coming to Foligno to stop here, it's really worth it.

Top restaurant! You can't help but stop. Simple yet distinctive location. But leaving aside superfluous details, let's move on to the food. The menu is basic, but varied in its selection. Everything is seasonal. Something not to be underestimated. I had a crostini alla lingua and a pigeon... To say: WONDERFUL is an understatement... The ingredients were excellent, as was the preparation. The welcome, service, availability, and everything was impeccable in its simplicity and essentiality. You have to try it. Absolutely!!! The price: far too low for the quality!!!

The welcome is warm and cheerful. The place feels like a step back in time, and you immediately feel at ease. The menu is varied and not the usual dishes, everything is excellent... the roast pigeon 🤩 is truly delicious. We'll definitely return, but make sure to book. 💖

29/10/2025: Everything was delicious, including vegetarian options. Compliments to the chef. The restaurant spaces are very spacious and beautiful. The service was excellent, with fantastic kindness and attention. There were nine of us, and everyone was truly satisfied. We will definitely be back.
15/10/2025: There aren’t words to express how amazing this meal was. Far and away the best of my life! My husband and I came in after arriving late into town and checking into our hotel. We saw the lights at Fabiani and thought it looked lovely. We had no idea the joy awaiting us. Our server, Mary, was fantastic. Very professional and helpful. We ordered a multi-course chef’s choice (one with tartufo nero and one without) and let me just say—this chef is incredible. Every single bite was beautifully crafted and balanced, each one somehow better than the last. We felt like we were splurging to celebrate our 8th wedding anniversary, but only spent about €100 total for a bottle of wine, sparkling water, and two six-course meals plus coffees, with generous portions and high-quality ingredients. We closed the restaurant and literally gave the chef a standing ovation when he came out. We hope to return again soon. Grazie mille to the whole staff!
