A guarantee: well-cooked dishes, quick, knowledgeable, and courteous service, excellent prices. When I return to Foligno from Pavia, it's always a pleasant stop. The highlight: stuffed pigeon, exceptional!

I was recommended by the hotel where I was staying in FOLIGNO. And I found one SURPRISE after another. The staff was SUPER KIND and WELCOMING. Since I booked only an hour before SATURDAY NIGHT, they were also very tolerant. In particular, the waiter, RICCARDO, if I'm not mistaken, had warned me that a large table would arrive an hour after my arrival and I would have to vacate the table by 9:30 PM. Instead, I was lucky enough to meet a couple of guys at the table next to mine; they asked if it was possible to finish dinner with them and there was absolutely no problem. In fact, I drank a good glass of wine and then the owner FEDERICO (a nice and very easy-going person) having noticed the conviviality even offered me some delicious CHESTNUT CAKE I was already super full after the STINK IN COCOTTE🤩🤤 When it came to paying he had taken coffee, limoncello and the aforementioned dessert off the bill.😮😮 Such BEAUTIFUL and WELCOMING places WE WANT MORE IN ITALY 🤠🍷🍽️✨

We went here for a company dinner with Ligè Parrucchieri and Altéya Longevity of Foligno. The staff was friendly, ready to find table solutions, and above all, the home-cooked food was delicious. Truly made with love.

We spent the Feast of the Immaculate Conception just like we were at grandma's house. The service was warm and welcoming, and the food was delicious, succulent, and full of flavor.

What a great meal! The restaurant is cosy and friendly, groups of friends coming out in the evening to eat good food. My shared bef tartare was fresh and perfect with crisp parmesan wafers and spicy mustard. The mutton stew was cooked till the mutton was soft and unctuous, falling off the (small) bones. We shared a fennel salad which went really well with the richness of the stew. Great local ingredients, perfectly cooked and presented and totally delicious. Recommended
