We visited this small local cheese factory during our stay in Sicily and had a really enjoyable experience. We did a tasting and a short tour of the production area, which gave a nice insight into how their products are made.
The cheeses and other local products were of excellent quality, clearly made with care and tradition. If you come with modest expectations, you’ll likely be pleasantly surprised, it turned out to be a genuinely fun and authentic experience.
Highly recommended if you want to discover local craftsmanship and taste high-quality Sicilian products.
