A pleasant surprise, clean restaurant, excellent cuisine, freshly cooked dishes, very young and customer-oriented staff and owners. Tagliatelle with mushrooms and cream or with speck and saffron, homemade and cooked to perfection. Simple but very tasty desserts. In the kitchen, one of the two owner brothers boasts long experience in the kitchens of the Four Seasons around the world, in the dining room the other brother is one step away from becoming a sommelier, who manages contact with the customer with intelligence, discretion and a lot of professionalism. In short, the 5 rating is not given as a gift, but earned on the field. We highly recommend a stop for those coming down from Valtournenche or for those who want to enjoy the cool of the very pleasant Antey. And don't be misled by old reviews. The guys have taken over management since December 2023 and all the comments since that date are super positive. We will definitely return, with our brothers-in-law and daughter. Just had a wonderful meal. Food was delicious and the service wonderful. Home made pasta, perfectly cooked steak, incredible peach caprese salad and amazing desserts. We will be back 😀

We discovered this restaurant by chance, here on holiday we wanted to dedicate ourselves to a romantic dinner and this restaurant was super welcoming, friendly staff and prepared delicious food and normal prices, and entry for dogs was also much appreciated.

This new management of the former La Marmotta restaurant has truly left us speechless in every respect! The staff is really kind and super attentive, they accept dogs and are careful to serve a bowl of water immediately. While we waited they brought us super soft and tasty Moroccan bread which we finished in no time! For the rest, typical Aosta Valley cuisine with abundant dishes, quite refined and delicious (homemade pasta, even top ravioli!). Having a house nearby we will return often on our holidays! 5/5 compliments❤️ In the photo Moroccan bread and tagliatelle with cream, mushrooms and chestnuts. Correct price (even a little below the average of the restaurants further down in Saint Vincent)
