A truly excellent experience. I ate divinely: the dishes are refined and meticulously crafted, yet never lose sight of the substance; they managed to combine creativity with extremely satisfying flavor. Special praise goes to the owner, Salvatore, who demonstrated rare kindness and professionalism, making us feel welcomed and thoroughly recommended. I'll definitely be back!

What a wonderful discovery. A lovely restaurant run by genuinely warm, welcoming owners. It’s a family business, and you really feel it from the moment you arrive. Great atmosphere, great energy, and most importantly, excellent food.
Everything we had was fresh and perfectly prepared. We spent a week in the area, and this was easily our best dining experience. No hype, no unnecessary talk, just very good, fresh fish and food done right.
We wish them all the best and hope many others discover this place too.

An elegant and central restaurant right under Porta Garibaldi with the option of dining outside as well. We started with seafood couscous, a typical dish, and then moved on to tuna porchetta and amberjack kebab. The excellent seafood couscous is served with a fish broth on the side. A strong flavor with a variety of tasty fish and shellfish. The amberjack kebab with vegetables with oriental spicy notes wrapped in piadina and accompanied by Tzatziki sauce, which pairs wonderfully! The lightly smoked tuna in porchetta is delicious, soft and not at all dry. The potatoes that surround it are roasted and delicious. We finished with a glass of Marsala 2012, delicious with almond biscuits. Excellent, attentive and fast service. Definitely a top restaurant in Marsala for us.

Pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. Attentive and friendly staff. Appetizer: platter of fish cured meats, excellent and very fresh fish. Followed by grilled bonito, dolphin fish, mixed fried fish, and battered celery leaves with bonito.
Delicious desserts and a good wine cellar.

We went for lunch and ordered two fish-based first courses...tasty dishes, and the fish tasted excellent.
It was lovely to eat at the outdoor tables accompanied by live music.
The owner and waiters were very kind and made sure everything was well-served.
Everything was excellent.
I recommend it.

Looking for a restaurant on New Year’s Day without a booking in Marsala can be tricky- we were lucky to park close by La Marinara, located next to one of the gates into the city and they told us to return in 20 minutes. This gave us some time to enjoy the sights of this historic and beautifully kept medieval city on the coast of western Sicily. So, despite the rush of new year, we were treated amazingly well by the staff, not to mention the adventure our taste buds were given. The unusual starters of cerna tartare and anchovy dish were spectacular, and the mains did not disappoint (incredible tuna dish). Loved the dessert and I have to recommend their gracious acceptance of our dogs. Loved our start of this year!

An exceptional fish restaurant experience in the heart of Marsala
During my recent culinary exploration of Sicily, I had the pleasure of visiting this exceptional fish restaurant, located just steps from the imposing Porta Garibaldi in Marsala. The location alone makes this establishment a must-visit for foodies seeking authenticity.
The frittura di pesce undeniably deserved the highest praise. Crispy, airy, and perfectly executed, with a golden crust that perfectly preserved the fish's freshness. The balance between texture and flavor demonstrated craftsmanship and respect for the product. Every bite confirmed the masterful control of temperature and timing, essential for superior frying.
The homemade bread, served still warm, was an excellent start to the meal. The creative pasta dishes demonstrated a refined approach to traditional Sicilian recipes, with innovative combinations that respect the regional identity while exceeding expectations.
The strategic location at this monumental city gate significantly enhances the overall experience. After dinner, you can just minutes away from the historical heritage marking Garibaldi's landing in 1860.
For industry colleagues and discerning gourmets: this restaurant deserves your attention. An authentic representation of Sicilian seafood cuisine at its finest.
