Friendly, good value with lovely hot chocolate and light lunches. Amazingly the staff remember us amid all the faces they see. They are friendly and helpful. Hot chocolate is worth trekking over from Passo Tonale - this is our go-to stop when skiing. Sandwiches, burgers, snacks we’ve tried have all been freshly made to order and are tasty and good value. It has a lovely family feel.

02/09/2024: Auf der Internetseite wird das Hotel besser dargestellt, als wie es ist. Preis- Leistung passt nicht. Hotel wird als Top-Hotel verkauft, stimmt nicht, mehr als Drei Sterne ist es nicht. Pool-Handtücher gibt es nur nach Diskussion. Poolbar ist nicht immer besetzt. Wasserpumpe an zwei Tagen defekt. Getränke Abends nur wenn Personal da ist. ServicePersonal ist nur für Kaffeezubereitung da, zwischendurch gebrauchtes Geschirr abräumen wird überbewertet. Hotel wird gerade runter gewirtschaftet. Das angrenzende Restaurant ist geschlossen und verwahrlost.
