La Malandrina In L'aquila

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and received excellent service from start to finish. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, and suggested and presented many different dishes to us. The selection was large and every dish we ordered was deliciously prepared and presented. The quality of the food was top and exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere in the restaurant was very pleasant and inviting. The decor was stylish and cozy, which contributed to a relaxed and enjoyable evening. Overall, my visit to this restaurant was an absolute highlight and I can only warmly recommend it. The friendly service, the excellent quality of the food and the pleasant atmosphere completely convinced me. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Surprising menu and delicious food. Pizzas for the children were very tasty and good portions. Unfortunately, only an Italian version of the menu and service speaks limited English. So it took some puzzling to order, but it turned out fine.

Walking along the main street of L'Aquila, my husband and I noticed this very well-kept looking place and decided to stop there for dinner, before returning to Rome. I must say that it was a very pleasant discovery!!! The menu is varied but not "dispersive", each course we chose (both fish and meat) proved to be carefully prepared, with well-studied combinations and an excellent balance of flavours. Peering at the dishes that passed by we were attracted by the appearance of the pizzas......and a couple of weeks later we returned to try those very tasty gourmet pizzas: excellent!!!! Last note: congratulations to the dining staff and especially to the owner Cecilia, who among other things also produces excellent wines (Il Casale), which we had the pleasure of tasting. ABSOLUTELY MUST TRY!!

We were actually too late for lunch, but they served us anyway: delicious pizza and local beer! Super friendly service!

La Malandrina is a top-notch restaurant. The atmosphere, the food, the wine, and the service are all fantastic. I have eaten here 3 times now, and every time, I am surprised by such an exquisite menu. The service and care from Cecilia are above and beyond. She truly loves doing what she does, and it shows. Il locale si presenta molto bene, una location un po’ bizzarra ma ricercata e curata. Staff gentile e preparato. Materie prime ottime e conto adeguato. Consiglio

L’arredamento, le moto d’epoca e i vari complementi, tipo bilance e affettatrici antiche, trasmettono un’ospitale atmosfera tipicamente vintage. Le pizze sono buone, non sono molte da scegliere ma tutte sfiziose. L’impasto non è quello tradizionale, assomiglia più ha una focaccia, gli ingredienti sono di prima scelta. Personale gentile.
