Best restaurant. We went there two times. Very authentic. Great service.

2 of us ate here for New Year's Eve dinner and in addition to being particularly lucky to find the restaurant all to ourselves at that time, we were really pleasantly surprised. The restaurant is truly beautiful, with furnishings taken care of down to the smallest details. Furthermore, the staff were impeccable and very kind. The service is really excellent: they offered us a glass of prosecco each and salted butter to accompany the bread. We ordered a steak to share which was special and then we opted for the bourguignonne with a trio of meats (beef, duck and turkey) accompanied by exquisite sauces of their own production. We also had the dessert (tarte tatin) which was really good. Overall, the prices seemed appropriate for the quality of the food and service.

Very nice and very nice environment. EXCELLENT beef steak starter, a must try. We then continued with typical dishes of Aosta Valley cuisine such as Pierrad and bourguignon and both were very good. The sore point was the dessert, tarte tarin not up to the standard of the other dishes, it was basically just a layer of cooked apples without the cake underneath, it disappointed us a bit. Good service despite a somewhat grumpy male waiter. Overall a good experience.

Ristorante molto carino dove si mangia bene con piatti tipici valdostani ed una nota di cucina moderna. Direi consigliato. Se dovessi dare un suggerimento costruttivo al proprietario gli direi di non pulire i tavoli con prodotti chimici durante la cena perché possono dare fastidio mentre si mangia.

Location calda ed accogliente, in perfetto stile montagnino; personale gentile e professionale; ottima la polenta concia ( con fontina di buona qualità) ed ottimo il tagliere di salumi e formaggi. Ci piacerebbe tornare per assaggiare la soup a l'onion.
