Sempre una certezza......cucina casalinga senza troppi fronzoli. Polenta concia con cervo ottima!! Servizio informale ma assolutamente cordiale. Prezzi onesti.

Ambiente e personale molto accogliente. Portate deliziose, in particolare il piatto del giorno (Tartiflette) e il secondo (Carbonade di vitello con polenta). Piccola nota, la presentazione degli antipasti poteva essere più curata ma il sapore era indiscutibilmente buono. Speriamo di tornare :)

18/06/2025: Centrally located. Free parking nearby. Unfortunately in mid-June the summer season has not yet started and therefore Cervinia is semi-deserted. Hotel needs maintenance. There is no air conditioning. Breakfast: good
15/06/2025: Nice location and courteous receptionist service. Breakfast needs to be completely revised and the room furnishings are mediocre despite the 4 stars

21/03/2025: Amazing, I have been lucky to eat in some other Michelin star restaurants and this was an amazing evening. Helpful comms to get a table for one person and upon arrival I was made to feel like I was the only guest dining. Creative and playful menu that just melted into each course seamlessly. I can’t wait to return.
09/03/2025: I had dinner at this Michelin starred restaurant (1 star) because I wanted to go back after a while. I chose the 6-course tasting menu accompanied by the wine tasting menu. The wines suggested by Cristian, one of the two owners (the other one is chef Amanda) were very interesting and original. The dishes on the menu were one better than the other and 6 courses are enough in my opinion to understand these unique experience with a perfect combination between Swedish & Italian tradition . A well-deserved star, especially if you consider that they are located at 2000 meters above sea level... well done, well done.
