So, we went on August 15th, so I'll give the benefit of the doubt on the quality of the service, which I understand is why it's very busy on holidays, but we waited about 45/50 minutes for 2 pizzas, not exactly amazing to look at but still good, the people in the dining room are friendly.

An evening with old friends in a beautiful location overlooking the lake. You can eat both inside and outside. The pizzas are excellent, well-cooked, light, and tasty. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A very pleasant evening.

Excellent pizza! Truly a surprise. The dessert was also excellent, and they made it for us to eat the next day since we were walking the Via d'Francesco and needed breakfast for the morning. Go, you won't regret it.

For what we ate we honestly spent too much. The only good thing was the staff, all kind and friendly, for the rest a veil of pity.

We ate well, from the tagliata to the pizza. The appetizer was generous, with the addition of very good focaccia. The service was courteous, fast, and efficient. The atmosphere was lovely, especially if you dine overlooking the lake.

09/04/2025: Really good ice cream shop! The gluten-free ice cream was delicious, creamy and you could feel that it was made with quality ingredients. The only note I can make is on the pistachio flavour: it wasn't bad, but I expected something more, given that it's one of my favourites. Overall, however, more than recommended, I would happily return

25/08/2025: A Gem in Guardea: The V-Bar! I had the pleasure of discovering the V-Bar in Guardea and was absolutely won over! It's a truly beautiful place, with attention to detail, where you immediately feel a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. The quality of their offerings is exceptional. I had the opportunity to try their pizza, and I can say it's delicious, one of the best in the area. Their pastries are equally impressive, with delicious melt-in-the-mouth pastries, perfect to accompany an excellent coffee, intense and black, just the way I like it. You can tell right away that they pay great attention to the quality of their ingredients. But the real added value of this place is the staff. The baristas are incredibly friendly and kind, always smiling and helpful. The service is impeccable: fast, efficient, and courteous, an aspect not to be underestimated and that makes the experience even more enjoyable. In short, V-Bar is a place I recommend to everyone, whether for breakfast, a coffee break, an aperitif, or a pizza with friends. A place that perfectly combines beauty, goodness, and kindness. Don't miss it!
