I went on Saturday evening... dinner as a couple. It's not a real restaurant as there is a butcher's shop and they created a space with tables... easy but nice decor... I got a Florentine steak with potatoes... good meat... they bring it on the plate... well I would have preferred the Florentine steak on the plate and apart from having the plate hot... because if you leave it too long then it overcooks... my opinion obviously because I like the meat rare. On Saturdays it's always full and I booked 2 week before... they have two shifts.. I recommend it to anyone who likes meat.

Simple but very good restaurant, always excellent quality meat and a few other dishes to complete. Many people on their way to work who stop to fill up before starting again. But it's a place to eat (well) and not to "taste" which I don't understand what it means but it should be something cool, which I couldn't care less about. So. Here you eat and feel good, the prices are medium-low, not like a company canteen, but what you find on your plate isn't either. The girls in the room are kind and quick, they have work to do and therefore they won't stop to dawdle; they make a joke, but if you're looking for small talk, go elsewhere.

Great place to eat various cuts of meat. Tartare with marrow and ribs our choice. We will definitely be back.

Quello che ci piace sempre di questo locale è l’aria di casa che si respira: location calda e accogliente, personale giovane e simpatico, carne di livello (sia per la qualità, sia per la cottura). Consigliata la prenotazione, non solo del tavolo, ma anche del prodotto (fiorentina e diaframma sono molto gettonati). Ci torneremo? senza dubbi, anche per i prezzi a mio avviso sotto la media di altre “steak house”

Note Positive: . qualità materie prime ottima . cucina ottima . ambiente informale e curato . potenziale alto Note Negative: . Servizio non sufficiente: A domande sulle portate e soprattutto sui vini personale non preparato che non sa cosa rispondere e consigliare; considerati i prezzi dei vini non va bene. O abbassate i prezzi o istruite il personale, basta poco. Un esempio: alla domana: " che vino consigli per una fiorentina?" Risposta: "tutti i nostri vini vanno bene per la carne" ( no comment...) Poca attenzione ai commensali e troppo frettolosi Poco gentili, Un esempio : alla domanda : " avete dei fagioli come contorno per la fiorentina? " Risposta : " no, non siamo mica in Toscana".....( no comment...) Riassunto . Il servizio abbassa notevolmente il giudizio che sarebbe da 5 stelle , ma con così poca attenzione e competenza ti passa la voglia di tornarci
