Ambiente ordinario, servizio carente: anche a locale semivuoto, più di mezz'ora d’attesa dall'ordine e stesso tempo tra una portata e l'altra. Visivamente i piatti sono presentati in modo un po’ dozzinale e non mi invogliano per niente. La Tartara, benché condita, risulta insipida e la tagliata - ordinata al sangue - viene servita stracotta. Viste le buone recensioni, è capitata probabilmente una giornata no per la cucina.

Conosciamo questo locale da tempo, però non ci eravamo mai cimentati con i loro hamburger, preferendo concentrarci su altri tagli di carne. Cottura ottima, abbinamenti interessanti. Abbiamo diviso anche le loro bruschette tartare, molto buone. Selezione di vini decisamente ricca.

13/07/2025: A truly excellent product, authentically artisanal, and at a more than fair price: the line reaches the street for good reason. If you're in Bergamo, force yourself to stop by and you won't regret it, but make sure you arrive early or you might be disappointed!
