La Lupa In Roma

Our family recently made our first trip to Rome and couldn't have been happier to find this gem of a restaurant! We were lucky to have found it the first night we arrived and had such a great experience that after 9 days of traveling through Southern Italy, we made sure to come back the night before flying home to enjoy the experience again. Everything we ordered was fantastic! Carbonara, cacio e pepe, bolognese, pizza, lamb and potatoes and of course, the tiramisu! It's a nice quaint restaurant that really makes you feel welcome. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an authentic Roman dining experience. The owner and hosts are amazing and made this a wonderful experience for our family. We cant wait to go back!

No nonsense Italian food. Absolutely lovely. Would visit Rome again just to have a lunch here.

I came with two children and found the welcome pleasant and friendly, and the food was good. The decor is typical of a neighborhood restaurant; if you're looking for a lounge or flashy restaurant, this isn't it, but if you're looking for a nice, friendly neighborhood restaurant, go without hesitation.

Stumbled across this charming, family run restaurant in the heart of Rome, which felt like the most authentic experience we had during our stay.
