An extraordinary culinary journey! I went to the Pozzo for a dinner with my boyfriend and we can say we spent an unforgettable evening, we had very high expectations which were far exceeded. I greatly appreciated the attention to detail, the indisputable quality of the raw materials, the owner Stefano's attention towards customers, he made sure to explain to us in detail what was being served, making sure that we enjoyed everything at the right times and in the right sequence and I must say that his advice contributed to making the dinner an explosion of joy and pleasure for the palate. The restaurant was recommended to us and I would recommend it in turn to anyone who wants to spend a special evening, in which you find yourself being pampered through impeccable service and sensational cuisine, which is backed by meticulous study and a passion that is rediscovered with every bite. Just have a chat with chef Filippo to understand how much commitment, love and preparation goes into making the dishes on offer decidedly sublime. We will definitely be back and can't wait.
