I went to Gusto on November 9th. I can say that the white pizza is very light on toppings, it's like focaccia. Gusto canceled my reservation with TheFork after I'd eaten.

We arrived near Anzio just before 7 PM. We'd decided to dine a little earlier than usual, so to be on the safe side, we searched for suggestions on The Fork app. We'd suggest a restaurant or trattoria with a good rating and, above all, a good number of reviews, avoiding the ones that were too generic or too enthusiastic. In the area, this restaurant seemed the closest to our expectations. We booked, just in case. At that time, the restaurant was still empty, with a game in progress, visible on a large TV. The table assignment wasn't particularly pleasant; we would have liked a more sheltered spot, away from the draft from the entrance, even though it was actually the second entrance, the one after the first veranda. On October evenings, the temperature is no longer summery, and eating with a gentle draft that cools you, even slightly, as you pass by, isn't very pleasant (hence the three and four stars). All the other tables that appeared free were probably booked.
That said, the staff seemed very kind and courteous. Upon receiving the menu, we chose baked sea bream with potatoes and, while we waited, a mixed antipasto. Everything was delicious, especially the sea bream, which was cooked so well that the flesh was tender and delicately flavored. Compliments to the chef!
Another plus was that we also found the bathrooms clean, with soap and paper towels to dry our hands. This should be standard, but isn't always the case, so it deserves a mention.

A dinner with friends turned into a pleasant evening with excellent pizza, excellent fried food that was not oily, excellent service, excellent price but above all a very clean environment already outside the entrance. I recommend it... we will return to try the first courses that, as I read on the menu, are very inviting.

A place with plenty of seating. The style is a bit retro, but pleasant. The service is attentive and friendly. The menu includes seafood, meat, and pizza. We opted for the seafood menu. The eight-piece appetizer was delicious, as was the prawns with cherry tomatoes and almonds for the main course. The Sicilian cannoli were excellent. The house wine was good. The price was reasonable. Highly recommended. Returned after a few months, and had very good pizza, Neapolitan montanare, and pappardelle with wild boar. Everything was excellent. In addition to the Sicilian cannoli, I recommend the babà and profiteroles. The sour cherry liqueur was spectacular.

We booked on The Fork; the place is quite basic but well-maintained, with fairly quick service and friendly waiters.
We ordered mixed fried fish, mozzarella, and a trio of montanare: delicious, crispy, and not greasy fried fish. For our main course, we had gnocchi with gorgonzola and walnuts, Danish ribs, and side dishes. With the 30% discount and wine, we spent €45 in total.

Wonderful family
Andrea is a great chef - Stella is kind and patient - Mattia makes mouth-watering pizzas - Flavia needs to be put on skates because of how much he runs - Alessandra is good but still shy.
In short, gentlemen, what are you waiting for? Go there... you won't regret it.

We've been living nearby for over two years now. My wife and I went there last Sunday for dinner. A generous seafood appetizer and gnocchi with scampi cream. What can I say? Truly excellent. Compliments to the chef.
