A delightful lunch at this lovely restaurant in Terracina. Excellent food and wine, perfect and welcoming service. It was truly a pleasure to eat here, in this elegantly appointed restaurant, in a town that, alas, isn't particularly outstanding in this regard. We'll be back.

It was a wonderful experience here at the Locando Ruggieri restaurant and with Michele. As a vegetarian, a special menu was prepared for me. Everything was fantastic and very loving.

A family-run restaurant (mainly) serving seafood, with a modest seating capacity. The outdoor patio is charming and cool, while the interior dining room is comfortable and charming. Excellent food, with appetizers and desserts serving everything. The wine list is excellent, quite extensive for the size of the restaurant, and stocks lesser-known but quality labels.

The restaurant is located on a side street off Terracina's main drag, but it's still a quiet spot. The cuisine features well-executed Apulian and Sardinian influences, and the daily menu changes regularly to keep things fresh. The service is good, but a bit slow, perhaps with the need for an extra waiter. I highly recommend it!

This is my second time in two weeks, having enjoyed it the first time. I can confirm that the food is delicious, well-prepared, and the two waiters are very attentive. I believe they are also the owners. The only thing I should note this time was the somewhat long wait. We waited 40 minutes for the first course. I'll be back for the third time for the final proof. 😀

Great food, very tasty with amazing attention to detail! The chef uses local ingredients and a selection of 30 oils for the various dishes. Where I come from you would have to visit a Michelin starred restaurant for that level of detail, here you get it in the atmosphere of a family run restaurant which makes it even better. We will come back!

I returned here with my family for a wonderful evening and left feeling completely happy. You immediately sense the love for the region: From the olive oil to the wine list, everything is carefully and lovingly selected. The flavors of Lazio are served with great respect for tradition, but also with a creative touch. A special moment was the dessert: I tasted fresh Muscat grapes for the first time – until then, I had only known them as wine. A wonderful surprise! A place full of warmth that I can recommend to anyone who appreciates authentic food, quality, and a warm, family atmosphere.

09/11/2025: Delicious dishes with a touch of artisanal craftsmanship and the typical flavors of this region. New and sophisticated recipes, from starters to desserts. The pleasant, family-friendly atmosphere maintains the professionalism of the service. Definitely worth considering for a day out with friends or family.
04/11/2025: Excellent food...especially the pork cheek! The restaurant is very cute and welcoming, even outside. It's a shame about the slow service, but we'll be back!

12/10/2025: You have to leave behind the beautiful coastline of the Riviera di Ulisse and head into the less than thrilling hinterland of the province of Latina to reach Ristorante Antica Carrera, on the edge of the industrial area of ​​Fondi. But it's a choice you won't regret. The rich and varied menu features several dishes inspired by local culinary traditions, all excellent. The atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable. The wait staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always present but not intrusive. An experience worth repeating. Unfortunately, we weren't able to try too many dishes on the menu.
12/10/2025: We had lunch at this wonderful restaurant with our family and were extremely satisfied. The atmosphere is simply fantastic: welcoming, relaxing, and perfect for a lunch with friends. The dishes we tasted were excellent; you could taste the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in their preparation. A special thanks goes to the staff, always attentive, smiling, and extremely thoughtful. We felt pampered from start to finish. An experience worth repeating and one we highly recommend to everyone, especially those looking for a place to eat excellently in a beautiful, family-friendly atmosphere. A well-deserved 5 stars!
