This evening we had a really nice experience, the owners were wonderful, welcoming, attentive to needs, from starters to desserts, unique dishes, very carefully chosen raw materials. If you want to try new cuisine, non-trivial and varied in choice, with attention to the smallest details in a welcoming, elegant but warm environment, you absolutely must go there.

Michele is a top-notch chef.
He pays attention to the products he uses with great care on everything that enters his kitchen.
Today a pecorino with vegetable rennet which went wonderfully with the baby cuttlefish paccheri.
A very rich fry enriched with Camarque salt
true refinement in taste so as not to cover the sea flavor of the ingredients used.
And then be cared for in every wish by Roberto and Piera as if in your own home.
Last note since they opened their level has been very good with constant growth.
Excellent value for money.
A pitstop not to be missed.
Don't worry about the construction work in progress, it's open.

Family-run restaurant in Terracina, with great care for the customer. In addition to some side dishes already on the menu (fava bean purée with sautéed chicory, sweet and sour peppers and leeks, special baked potatoes), they made us find a stuffed aubergine in a vegan version and some Veg biscuits made for us. Their lemon and fennel seed sorbet a la carte is a revelation, spectacular! Ah bread, focaccia, sandwiches and savory taralli made by them and a tasting of delicious local extra virgin olive oil. On the menu there are also 2 desserts (chocolate and hazelnut semifreddo and tiramisu, vegan and certified gluten-free), which are sourced from outside. We felt pampered and welcome, despite being a non-vegan restaurant. Absolutely honest price! So absolutely recommended 🙂❤️

Dare 5 stelle a questo ristorante è riduttivo! Io parecchie volte ci parto da Roma per andare a mangiare da loro! I proprietari sono gentilissimi ed hanno una cura del cliente che non si vede in altri ristoranti! Lo chef cucina con il cuore e si sente! Io sono celiaca e vi assicuro hanno una cura mai vista prima!!! Complimenti questa è ristorazione! Ah ovviamente il conto equivale alla qualità che mangi!
