I'm rating the pizzeria's service. It was a pleasant surprise for me. I went in with low expectations; the reviews didn't bode well. However, the pizza was very good and easy to digest. Attentive service. The place is clean and suitable for large groups. The prices aren't cheap, but they're not excessive either. We'll definitely be back.

This restaurant on the hills above Bolzaneto, with ample parking, appears to have been recently built/renovated, and features a spacious dining room and outdoor seating. I had an excellent cheese focaccia, and the pizzas looked good too. We'll definitely be back.

As far as I know, this is simply a restaurant. Therefore, I can't comment on the rooms. The restaurant itself, however, is very good. Very down-to-earth and with excellent Italian food.

02/01/2026: I don't often give five stars, but this time I'm happy to do so. It may not be the most beautiful or best-equipped hotel you'll ever stay at, but Massimo's hospitality and kindness are inspiring! He treated us like we were great friends from the first moment we stepped foot in his hotel. It's amazing to see how much he loves his job.
18/10/2025: The hotel's strong points are its quiet location, spacious rooms, its location in the historic center, which allows you to walk to the beach, and a varied breakfast included (sweet, savory, and drinks). Independence thanks to the keys provided. The train station is a 10-minute walk away, and the bike path to Varazze is nearby.
