I can't remember the last time a first course impressed me so much: every bite was a true explosion of flavor, balanced and surprising, so much so that I immediately thought it was the best first course I'd ever tasted. The restaurant has a welcoming, warm, and authentic atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at ease. You can sense the attention to detail and love for cooking in every corner, creating a perfect atmosphere for both a romantic dinner and a convivial evening. Special praise goes to the owner, a very friendly and welcoming person, capable of conveying his passion and pride in his work with a sincere smile. It's rare to find such a genuine welcome, which makes dinner not just a gastronomic experience, but also a human one.
