Small place, intimate and with attention to small details. Varied menu of land and sea, with high quality Piedmontese and Lucanian dishes. The girl in the room was very kind and very professional. We will definitely be back! Edit: due to technical problems the review was only published now, but the experience was many months old, in the meantime we have returned several times with different people and everyone has always been more than satisfied. Lori's inn is really worth it

I returned after a few years and was happily surprised by an almost completely well-renovated place. Just as good service was confirmed. Excellent starter but I was disappointed with the plin, braised meat and dessert.

The place is very nice and the waiters are attentive and kind. All in all the food is good, but I didn't appreciate the fish first course which was definitely too salty and not of great quality. I would go back but I wouldn't take any more fish dishes.

I went with friends and discovered that... I hadn't seen him for 15 years, but he is also a friend of mine, having said that, I absolutely don't want to be biased, I gave 5 stars because the food is really very, very good. From the appetizers to the first and second courses, not to mention the wines which have a wide choice, I can only say.....everything perfect....

I go there for lunch during the Torino football matches, if in the afternoon. They have 2 tasting menus, one from land and one from sea (otherwise à la carte). Welcoming and comfortable place, with young, kind and friendly staff. The selection of dishes is excellent, and the desserts are superb. It costs a little but it's worth it.

Very good food with all fresh elements, the porcini mushrooms and braised meat were much appreciated. The service is excellent, we waited less than 7 minutes for each course, also due to the excellent environment given the few very quiet seats

17/11/2024: Abbiamo raggiunto il locale in una location tra i boschi portati da amici perchè, da soli e di notte, credo avrei avuto difficoltà a trovarlo senza un buon navigatore. Il locale è carino, arredato con attenzione e confortevole, gli spazi sono ampi e vi è una buona distanza tra i tavoli. Accoglienza e serviso cortese. Abbiamo provato il menù di assaggi vegetariano: interessanti soluzioni creative e saporite. Aumenterei solo un po' le dosi. Buona carta dei vini e sommellier gentile e preparato. Da tornare per provare i funghi, ormai assenti dal menù.

The Governor

10/01/2025: Historic pub in Turin, Santa Rita area. It is a place "nested" in the vast basement (on the street there is only a door with a sign), with typical English-style furnishings and atmosphere. Vast and excellent choice of beers (English, German, Belgian and Italian) and a menu that includes burgers but also tongs, traditional first courses and some second courses, especially meat-based ones. The granitas are excellent. Big screens to watch sporting events, music clips etc.
07/01/2025: I used to go there every now and then as a boy, I went back recently after I don't know how many years and nothing has changed... excellent! 90s pub style 🤎
