Io e mia moglie siamo stati a cena sabato sera e che dir, La Locanda è stata e super-piacevole sorpresa. Abbiamo preso un antipasto e un primo a testa. Piatti ricercati, studiati, sapori inediti e mai provati ( soprattutto l'antipasto con il filetto di trota iridea) . Come primo ho preso culurgiones mari e monti,buonissimi, ma gli agnolotti scelti da mia moglie erano spaziali! Ci torneremo sicuramente! Consigliatissimo!

I give 5 stars to Locanda di Fabio and Vale, something I rarely do because I believe that perfection does not exist and there is always room for improvement, but Fabio deserves them all.
It was a real surprise, capable of arousing unique emotions at every course. The venue is elegant but minimal, a perfect combination that creates a welcoming and refined atmosphere.
The owner, truly helpful, stands out for his passion and competence, always ready to explain each dish with details that enrich the culinary experience. Each course is a real journey for the taste buds: it is the first time that in a restaurant I have not found any defects in any dish and that every bite gives me positive sensations.
The prices are adequate and allow you to return often, a great advantage compared to other places of equal quality. The presentation of the dishes and the culinary technique are decidedly superior to many more renowned restaurants in the area.
Among the specialties, the Melburne trout and plin are spectacular, but the octopus also deserves a special mention. The care in preparation and the use of the highest quality raw materials really make the difference.
In conclusion, the Locanda di Fabio e Vale is a place that I highly recommend for those looking for a highly experienced gastronomic experience enjoying refined dishes both in terms of raw materials and technique.

I always really appreciate such willing guys! Certainly raw materials sought among the excellence, I'm sorry about the "Milf" (Fabio will understand the scope I'm referring to). A place where you can go on a tasting journey a couple of times a year! If I have to make two notes, I would add a couple of fine Proseccos to the wine list, and I would add a split to go down a few degrees in the room, unfortunately the July climate doesn't help.
Last thing, a couple of choices in desserts for those who are lactose intolerant, a tart made with lactose-free material would be enough. We will definitely be back!!!! Well done!!

We start from the environment: welcoming and refined. The contrast between the ancient and the modern minimal is noticeable, a contrast that is also found in the dishes and which is able to give a perfectly balanced taste, with the final objective of having perfection.
Refined menu, which follows the seasonality of the products and presents them in a new perspective.
An explosion of flavors to discover, born from the imagination of the owners who bring passion and dedication. This can already be understood from the explanation of each course, a guided tasting journey that really makes you understand what is behind and inside each dish, which we could define as a work of art.

When they serve you they explain the dish to you in an exceptional way you already want to eat it... really prepared on everything... they also explain the wine where the taste comes from everything really excellent wonderful experience... friendly and nice people who in a service are really excellent
Always with a smile... There were 2 of us, appetizer, first course, second course, dessert, 4 glasses of wine, spent 160 euros, spent very little.. I'll be back soon for dinner.. keep going, you'll enter the Michelin guide, congratulations 👏🏻👏🏻... .
