Io e mia moglie siamo stati a cena sabato sera e che dir, La Locanda è stata e super-piacevole sorpresa. Abbiamo preso un antipasto e un primo a testa. Piatti ricercati, studiati, sapori inediti e mai provati ( soprattutto l'antipasto con il filetto di trota iridea) . Come primo ho preso culurgiones mari e monti,buonissimi, ma gli agnolotti scelti da mia moglie erano spaziali! Ci torneremo sicuramente! Consigliatissimo!

Fabio and Vale's inn is located Offanengo, 6 km from Crema. It is a perfect place if you want to try traditional dishes revisited in an innovative way, savoring a world of unique flavours. A restaurant born shortly before the lockdown in 2020, which thanks to the tenacity and skill of the couple is managing to emerge more and more. Fabio will welcome you in an optimal way and will accompany you throughout the culinary journey. He is an excellent host, he involves you in explaining his creations and manages to convey his passion to you. The environment is elegant and the atmosphere created thanks to the service will make you have pleasant and carefree moments. The dishes are truly extraordinary, made with carefully selected ingredients. One of my absolute favorite dishes is the red prawn tartare from Mazara del Vallo, delicate and fresh, which will make you dream. An unusual and excellent combination is the tuna carbonara, which will make you want to replicate it at home, but since it will never be the same, you will be forced to return to them. Furthermore, you will not find the usual desserts, but masterpieces such as the midnight breakfast, an explosion of flavours! I highly recommend going to the inn to let yourself be spoiled, pampered and to experience indescribable sensations!

Locale tranquillo, adatto per parlare e discutere, posti limitati così da rendere l’ambiente familiare. Piatti di alta qualità, curati nei particolari. Una scoperta interessante.
