Small rustic and simple place, in the positive sense of the term. Excellent home cooking, then there is the moira in the dining room who is uniquely kind and makes you feel at ease. Worth a try and the price/quality ratio is excellent, you spend a right thing.

In the center of Colle, a nice place that immediately conveys authenticity
It's like entering an inn from another time! Menu written on 2 blackboards, at least less paper is consumed
Excellent service as well as the dishes: Pici, cacio pepe and gota, delicious risotto and ossobuco

In centro a Colle, bel locale, trasmette subito autenticità
Sembra di entrare in un’osteria di un altro tempo! Menù scritto in 2 lavagne, almeno si consuma meno carta
Ottimo servizio così come le portate: Pici cacio pepe e gota, risotto e ossobuco buonissimi

Locale trovato per caso. Potrei scrivere la qualsiasi cosa o pubblicare qualche bella foto, ma sarebbe molto riduttivo...
L'unico nota negativa è non aver conosciuto né Berto e né Giangio... Ma se erano impegnati in cucina a preparare quelle prelibatezze locali... sono perdonati... Personale in (sala) simpaticissimo, molto cordiale e disponibile.
Se siete in zona e non vi fermate, perderete un bel pezzo di toscana.

Visited with our friend Marco a local colleague. These eateries are getting more difficult to find in Italy. Genuine, authentic Tuscan food, the staff are friendly and chatty which makes you feel at home. Thank you to one and all. We shall return.
