I stayed one night at this property to visit the safari park, and I must say it was a beautiful place, with a well-maintained restaurant and high-quality cuisine. The room was spacious, with all the comforts and a small area set up for in-room breakfast, with packaged products but everything needed for a satisfying breakfast. One downside, but I'm speaking on a personal level, is that since we were the only guests that night (my husband, my son, and I), I was quite scared that night because the place is isolated, the rooms have wooden and glass doors that open directly to the outside, and the owners don't live there; so the three of us found ourselves alone in the entire property (6 rooms). I would only suggest perhaps opening bars on the windows and doors, to provide a greater sense of security, but again, this is my very personal feeling, and it shouldn't take anything away from the property, which is very well managed in terms of both the quality of the food and the rooms. The woman who served us dinner was wonderful and pampered us with biscuits and other small touches. Furthermore, the price of both the restaurant and the overnight stay is absolutely in line with, if not below, the quality! So, excellent value for money. I absolutely recommend this place! There should be more like it!

An elegant restaurant with friendly staff and a very attractive location. Excellent cuisine and service, with carefully prepared and beautifully presented seasonal dishes. A well-selected wine list features a strong focus on local wines, particularly from the Novara hills.

A very beautiful place, well-kept nature, large spaces and lots of silence

We didn't try the Locanda as a hotel, but rather went to the restaurant for dinner with friends. A positive experience; the venue was very beautiful, and dining under the open portico was pleasant in this season. The cuisine was also excellent, with carefully prepared and presented dishes. The only small point is that the price is perhaps a little higher than the standard for this type of restaurant, for example, the cover charge was a bit excessive, perhaps the highest I've paid so far. Regardless, I recommend this place and plan to return.
