Without a reservation at 19:30 got a place for 3 in the garden. Beautiful location, nice dining. Good service, friendly staff. Good food, but not really typical Italian. Very good wines, also by the glass!

Ristorante del Santo Bevitore, is located at the Corona hotel, a historic and splendid venue in the center of Novi Ligure, very easy to reach. Very elegant and clean place, friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff, the dishes are presented impeccably, the quality is superior and the menu is surprising. I highly recommend

We went today for Easter lunch and once again we were truly satisfied: excellent dishes prepared by the excellent chef Thomas, choice of wines always at the top and excellent service. What can I say? Super highly recommended!!!!! Balduzzi family

Sunday lunch in this elegant restaurant which presents itself very well and gives great expectations. The service is friendly, but very slow and sometimes distracted. The menus were brought to us only 25 minutes after our arrival, the order taken another 15 minutes later. Between one meal and another it is difficult to intercept a waiter, lunch lasts hours. The food is good, but overly priced due to its simplicity and quantity, especially for the vegetarian options and desserts. The meat was normal. Excellent wine. Excellent bread. I wouldn't go back, it's nothing special compared to other places I've tried with better quality-price and more attentive service. 6 people, 2 bottles of white wine approximately 35 euros, 3 bottles of water, 1 appetizer, 6 first courses, 5 second courses, 5 desserts, 5 coffees 369.50 euros

20/02/2025: Ottimo ristorante, bello negli arredi e negli spazi. Locali puliti e ordinati. Personale molto simpatico e preparato. Abbiamo cenato in 4 amici con piatti veramente buoni e caratteristici. Menù diversificato con pietanze ben preparate. Buona la carta dei vini. Prezzi comunque nella norma stante la qualità dei prodotti. Sicuramente consigliato.
