Fabulous place for those who love good kebabs and the Lord of the Rings. The roast company is looking for new diners!

Excellent food without a shadow of a doubt, specialties handmade sheep's roasts 🔝. Service could be improved

After two years I decide to return to this place with some friends, knowing that they will eat the best kebabs in the area. Problems immediately arise with the bruschetta arriving incorrectly compared to what we order. Furthermore, those described as sausage-based were instead with only a "sprinkling" of it and no taste. The service is a little slow but no big deal. The surprise however comes at the end, 40 euros each for two bruschettas, 10 kebabs and a dessert (each). At which point, a boy from L'Aquila and I (I underline this to say that even those who are local were shocked) asked for a recalculation of the price because something like this didn't seem possible to us. We leave the place saddened with the certainty that we will go to other places from now on.

We often come from Rome to this place...now a fixed stop when we visit L'Aquila. Super top roasts! 💯 Congratulations to all the staff and a big hello to my friend Vittorio! ....top!!

I had heard about it but I didn't expect the excellence! The restaurant is modern but not too much and harmoniously includes details (backgrounds, action figures, even the names of the dishes on the menu) the elements of the "Lord of the Rings" saga. Delicious roasts, especially the meat ones. Breathtaking bread (and in fact I then read Gambero Rosso), abundant bruschetta, top beers, delicious and light chocolate salami and a lot of passion and dedication on the part of the owner and the staff in general. We were really impressed, see you next time!

We are now regulars at this place in L'Aquila. The owners are always very friendly and nice and will be able to give you the best advice. Of course, you can't avoid the fantastic skewers in the sheep, hand-cut sheep, liver, chicken, Angus, scamorzine and cherry tomatoes versions. The house wine is an excellent Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, so there is no point in aiming for bottles with high-sounding names. Also try the sheep steaks, sausages and bacon, maybe not on the same day :) What can I say...bon appetit!
