…it's a real hidden gem. I was struck by its authenticity and warm welcome. A small jewel of typical cuisine ......, thanks to the highest quality raw materials and the authentic passion for the flavors of the past. The staff was extremely kind and willing to tell the story of each dish. It is a place that makes you feel at home and delights you with delicious cuisine. Wine cellar that can satisfy every request, even the most pretentious.

Every time it is a dive into beauty and quiet. Very kind staff. Maybe prices a little high.

If on the surface La Locanda seems to be a dream place...our experience became a nightmare! The absence of air conditioning inside the venue for a wedding completely ruined the atmosphere of the day and the banquet. OPEN BAR... of water! We were told that only some drinks could be served as they belonged to the restaurant, while the rest belonged to another owner, external to the organization; there was no variety in the proposal...very little offer of any type of drink!!!! And in any case I have only seen water and some very rare cocktails served. An elderly lady was denied fruit juice!!!!!! The organization of the outdoor space for the well-being of the guests (including the elderly) was not a concern of the staff and the guests were forced to enjoy the appetizer under the 1pm sun, without an umbrella, a towel or a any shelter. The cutlery... couldn't be touched and it was a guest who moved it from the scorching sun. Lunch inside the restaurant was even worse. Several courses served in a hellish climate, without air conditioning or fans. In 2024 and with more than 37 degrees expected... IT CAN'T BE! the only source of refreshment we found was the ice in the wine basket......... Furthermore, the agreements made for the wedding were not fulfilled, neither the sparkling wine was served to the guests at the time of the cake nor the Cigar & Chocolate corner. There was total disorganization.

Sulla strada per tornare a casa , troviamo questo ristorante , locale carino ben fatto molto caratteristico, fuori un bel giardino che si affaccia su un piccolo lago paradisiaco , ci mettiamo a bordo laghetto , antipasto di salumi ottimi , così come i primi , servizio veloce e camerieri gentili e disponibili. Prezzi sopra la media del posto .

On Sunday we stopped for lunch in this wonderful restaurant which offers quality food combined with the friendliness and education of the people who work there. In addition to the internal restaurant, it has a large garden where, in addition to eating, you can enjoy aperitifs on the banks of a pond sitting on sofas and armchairs, certainly a different idea. The food was delicious and I honestly recommend taking the cheek, the only flaw for me as I take it instead of dessert, is that they didn't have fruit to serve! What can I say, even if it is not a cheap restaurant (we are around €50/60 per person) the quality of the dishes justifies the price. If you happen to stop by, you certainly won't be disappointed.

Beautiful location, enchanting place, a glimpse of paradise. Although La Locanda del Poeta does not stand out only for this, but above all for the kindness and care given to the customer, both by its owner Filippo and by his very friendly staff. They were impeccable, excellent food, excellent plating. At a company dinner they were able to replace, above all expectations, every dish with its vegan equivalent. One of the few non-vegan restaurants where a vegan doesn't feel like a problem but is even pampered and where he hopes to return as soon as possible. Congratulations indeed. We will definitely see each other again as soon as possible.

Non capita spesso di trovare un connubio così riuscito tra una bella location e ottima cucina. Immerso nel verde e fiancheggiato da un piccolo lago la cena è stata una gradevolissima sorpresa. Speciale il risotto con i funghi, la composta all'arancia e il pane al prezzemolo. La chitarrina al tartufo davvero buona. Gran finale lo stinco di maiale cotto a bassa temperatura con patate croccanti e senape fatta in casa. Assolutamente da tornarci.

A true enchantment, a location with refined and intimate furnishings, a perfect surreal space... Friendly and professional staff, exquisite and original dishes. Definitely the place that makes you want to come back again.
