La Locanda del Monte In Genova

The location is very charming and beautiful, both inside and out. You can enjoy a beautiful view both day and night. The prices, however, while not above average for what they offer, are more like a very expensive aperitivo with little food (you can certainly pay for dishes, but then, as I said, it's more expensive).

Excellent restaurant, quiet and with a spectacular view; excellent food, especially the chestnut gnocchi and calamarata. Very kind and helpful staff; one girl moved us to a table by the window without us asking, as soon as it became available. We'll definitely be back in the summer! (And great music, lots of Vasco's songs.)

The view from here is spectacular, and the food is excellent. The staff are very kind and helpful. The only downside, in our case, was the wait times, which were a bit long; it was our first time here, so I don't know if it was just a coincidence. All in all, a positive experience.

We went to Locanda del Monte to celebrate our son's baptism and were absolutely thrilled! Everything was taken care of down to the last detail: the food was excellent, served hot, the hospitality was warm, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The portions were generous, the fish main course delicious, and the appetizers, especially the fried ones, were light and fragrant, not greasy or heavy. All our requests were met. Our guests complimented us on both the beautiful venue and the quality of the food, which everyone thoroughly enjoyed. The children's playroom was a great success, and the little ones had a great time. A special thanks to Raffaella, Riccardo, Danilo, and all the staff for their helpfulness and professionalism. We will definitely be back!

Si trova in cima ad una creuza tipica genovese, andando in auto per i meno abituati alle nostre strade liguri, potreste pensare di sbagliare strada. Non abbiate paura a parcheggiare lungo la creuza. Posizionato sotto al Santuario della Madonna del monte, si affaccia su tutta Genova, da Marassi alla lanterna si vede tutta la costa. Cibo ottimo, pesce e cucina ligure, rivisitata. noi abbiamo preso ravioli con ripieno di baccalà, focaccette genovesi, tonnarelli alle vongole veraci, calamaretti (pasta) al pesto di pistacchio e gamberi, frittura mista, tagliata con patate e cipolla caramellata. Una buona bottiglia di vino da 23€. Non hanno vino della casa. Spesa a testa: 30/35€ escluso il vino.

Gli amici invitati hanno detto che il cibo era ottimo! Abbiamo fatto una figura spettacolare! Il pesce era buonissimo e fritto da dio e la pasta burrata e pistacchi anche! Prezzi onestissimi!
