The outside isn't inviting, but inside it's cute and run by very friendly staff.
We went on a Saturday night and had to wait a bit for our order, but overall it's fair enough. You order at the meat counter and everything is high-quality and according to Apulian tradition.
Prices are reasonable.
Highly recommended!

A highly recommended place to enjoy typical Apulian dishes, such as bombette. As a constructive criticism, we'd point out some differences compared to the bombette in Puglia. We mainly go to Carovigno (Gino's), Sammichele di Bari, and Cisternino, near the main church. I'd improve the meat, which was tough—perhaps because it was baked rather than grilled?—and the bombette were dry after cooking. We ordered four different ones, but couldn't tell them apart, nor could we tell the spicy one apart. By improving this, it'll be like in Puglia. The side dishes and wine were very good.

Black Angus steaks and Apulian bombette are simply amazing. The boiled potatoes are a real surprise: simple yet irresistible. You choose the meat directly at the counter, order it by the kilo, and it's sliced right in front of you and cooked to order.
As for side dishes: boiled potatoes (a must), chicory, or grilled vegetables. People come here for the meat: no first courses, no special menus, or vegetarian options.
The portions are generous, not gourmet plates. It's the perfect place for a dinner with friends, colleagues, or meat-loving ladies.
Excellent for those who want to enjoy a good meal without spending too much. Quick service and friendly staff.

First time to celebrate an anniversary.
Simple and characteristic place. Food with Apulian specialties and meats to choose from at the counter according to preferences. Varied choice. Meats cooked on the grill with particular care.
All in the name of authenticity and attention to the customer. Try it even for those with sophisticated palates and it is worth tasting and sampling foods that will make the evening a moment of pure conviviality. Very accessible price.

I've been to the restaurant with some friends, we've been wanting to try it for a while. There's a wide selection of Apulian bombette and other cuts of meat, from steaks, to pork chops, to sausages... honestly we found them very good, excellent even in size. The price is very fair (29€ per kg, that's about 15 bombette), and above all the owner was very kind! They also offered us some rustic biscuits at the end and some tomato bruschetta at the beginning, much appreciated. Highly recommended, thank you!

Informal atmosphere with express cuisine.
Choose the meat directly at the counter and they bring it to the table shortly after cooked to perfection.
The grilled potatoes to accompany it were very good.

I've been there a couple of times, there's a really wide choice of bombette, breaded strips, sausages, diaphragm... there's everything!. Don't underestimate the potatoes with the skin and chicory! Fast service, friendly staff and excellent food!
