I can't leave 10 stars for the food and service otherwise I would have done so. SPACTCULAR. Choose the meat, go to the table and after a taste of frisella and Apulian olives comes the bombette meat and knife-point sausage, very good and above all chosen by you. Accompanied by the typical Raffo beer…. Absolutely recommended.

I'll come back and return, I confirm everything! A place where you choose the meat at the counter and are guided in doing it in the right way without being overwhelmed by hunger... The choice of stuffed bombette is extensive and of high quality, but we must not leave out the breaded strips or cuts of meat which are always of excellent quality. Adequate cooking times and excellent quality wine list, favoring the territory of origin of the bowlers: Puglia.

Prima esperienza in questo locale. Menu’ logicamente a base di carne che ho trovato nella norma, niente di eccezionale. Molto buone le patate.Servizio celere e gentile.Locale carino ma affollato.

Locale che propone piatti pugliesi. Servizio veloce, persone gentile. Assaggiato l'antipasto, capocollo di Martina Franca, salsiccia e due tipi di formaggio. Sei tipi di bombette, contorno patate al cartoccio. Dolce, pasticciotto crema/amarena. Vino Negramaro Podere don Cataldo. Tutto molto buono. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliato. Per parcheggiare c'è un garage convenzionato con il ristorante.

28/03/2025: Walked a ways specifically to try this bakery because of all the hype on social media. But it was just an average bakery in my opinion, and I wasn’t thrilled with the selection. I definitely wouldn’t go out of your way for this.
