A truly "in" place, modern and with attention to detail, perfect for an evening with friends or as a couple. The quality of the products is very high and the choice is really wide, especially regarding the bombette: there is something for all tastes, and all delicious!
We found a lot of people (as is normal on a Saturday night), so there was a bit of a wait, but it was absolutely worth it. The service was attentive and kind anyway.
An experience to repeat for sure. Highly recommended for those who love quality meat in a lively and contemporary environment.

It is not a simple Braceria... a huge place spread over three floors... on the ground floor, it is possible to buy meat by choosing from a very well assorted 10 meter counter.... Exactly behind this counter there is a very well furnished (modern) room with 400 seats, with an external veranda, large wine cellar, monitors everywhere, a large stocked bar counter and a menu ready to satisfy all palates.
On the lower floor, there is another room with approximately 300 seats which is often used for banquets and events... but as above it is also used simply for à la carte catering... furnished in the same way, with a huge monitor and a playground corner for children... Spotless and spacious bathrooms.
Finally there is a Risto Club style panoramic terrace... with private spaces along the entire perimeter of the structure, approximately 150 seats for dining, a well-stocked American bar and this characteristic panoramic view, which you can enjoy from a hydromassage tub with chromotherapy.... In short, it is not a Braceria, but an experience.

EVERYTHING WONDERFULLY GOOD.. I HAD TO TAKE A LITTLE SOMETHING AWAY BECAUSE IT WAS SO MUCH.. IT WAS A WASTE TO THROW IT 😅, REALLY KIND STAFF.. ALL AVAILABLE, AT THE BUTCHER YOU CHOOSE WHAT YOU WANT TO EAT, THEY COOK IT FOR YOU AND ON YOU GO.. DESPITE THE WAX SO MANY PEOPLE WE DIDN'T WAIT LONG, WHAT CAN I SAY FIRST CHOICE MEAT, HIGH QUALITY.. VERY SATISFIED.. 🥰 🥰 THANK YOU SO MUCH.. SORRY I DIDN'T TAKE A PHOTO OF THE PIZZA 😅I WAS HUNGRY 😅😅

Era la prima volta in questo locale, sebbene piuttosto conosciuto in zona.
Consigliato da un'amica (non imparo mai a diffidare...), abbiamo prenotato di sabato sera.
La struttura si presenta con una balera con cena fissa a piano terra e la vera e propria sala ristorante al primo piano.
Locale da centinaia di coperti, e questo già era un indicatore della serata.
Banco macelleria invogliante, con tagli di carni frollate di indubbio fascino (e sicuramente qualità).
Il problema nasce nel momento in cui chiedo se la cottura preveda la brace o solo il fornello: la risposta del banconista è stata "solo fornello martinese, non ti preoccupare, fai fare ai professionisti".
Al tavolo siamo stati accolti da un gentile e spontaneo cameriere, Ivano, rara nota positiva della serata.
La sala molto ampia, seppure non piena, era rumorosa grazie ai soliti bambini lasciati allo stato brado da genitori incapaci e irrispettosi.
Dopo un antipastino decente è arrivato il clou della cena: un filetto di scottona e un'entrecote di black angus praticamente lesse, seppur si sentiva la qualità della carne.
Ivano ha cercato di rimediare portandoci una piastra in ghisa rovente per migliorare la cottura esternamente, ma ormai il danno era fatto.
Odio dirlo, ma avevo ragione nel dubitare; un vero peccato, perchè quei tagli di carne meritavano una fine più gloriosa.
Sicuramente salsiccia e bombette cotte al fornello saranno sublimi, ma i tagli pregiati lasciateli ai veri professionisti della cottura alla brace.
Conto corretto (53€ in due con vino della casa e amaro offerto).
