This isn't the first time I've ordered a steak, specifying rare, and it arrived medium rare. This time, after I complained, they remade it, but it was practically raw. I expect more attention from a place like this. Everything else was fine.

Beautiful place, new and spacious. The meat is very good, and the counter is truly inviting, where you can choose what you want, which is then weighed and cooked. We opted for an assortment of bombette. Also worth mentioning is the capocollo from Martina Franca, a delicious appetizer. Excellent quality, very reasonable price.

A modern restaurant with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent meat and well-chosen appetizers, including complimentary desserts. The service leaves a little to be desired, but it's acceptable.

The meat selection is made in front of a long refrigerated counter, where people then cut a steak from the cut you choose. The selection is decent, but for example, they didn't have the Argentine Angus I requested, so I opted for a rib-eye steak. You tell the person serving you the desired cooking method, and then you sit at the table you'd reserved. They also offer a tasting menu, which I would have liked to try, but only on the condition that everyone at the table chooses the tasting menu, which is impossible when you're in a group. The service is sloppy, and the waiters seem very busy, given that the place was packed. They rush by like comets, prioritizing whoever they want, or it's casual, but to get one, you have to shout for someone to stop. We ordered a decent house Primitivo. The service will probably be more attentive and courteous on less crowded days, but the fact remains that people eat out on holidays, so it's best to pay more attention to the number and kindness of the staff.

Excellent food, fair prices, and super friendly staff. I love that they serve appetizers at the beginning and sweet taralli at the end. I'll definitely be back!

Lunch with friends: excellent service, friendly, and helpful staff; a welcoming atmosphere, and good food: excellent meat, but mediocre entrees. Good value for money.
