Butcher shop with a huge selection of bombette and many other types of meat, you are spoiled for choice. We have tried many places like this but here the quality is unique! For us it is now the only place to go to eat meat. I recommend you go there if you are in the area, everything is really excellent at excellent prices. Enjoy your meal

A nice surprise! Never before had we chosen the meat to put on the brazier. Rib eye steak, bombette, strips and sausages of excellent quality and simply delicious. Be sure to follow the butcher's advice. Hospitable and generous. Excellent value for money! Must try!

Great place for meat lovers! Juicy steaks and perfectly grilled portions melt in your mouth. Atmospheric, Italian atmosphere and service with a passion for food. Definitely worth a visit - a real feast for the palate! Very affordable prices. We recommend it wholeheartedly.

Wide choice of local and non-local meats, wide variety of bombette dishes including capocollo ones. Unmissable baked potatoes. Baked onions equally unmissable. Final entree and biscuits offered by the restaurant. Great selection of wines. To try several times in your life.

27/05/2025: Definitely the best resort!!! The size, the service, the luxury… everything is perfect.
26/05/2025: A magical place with carefully designed architecture and superb decor (colors, ambiance, lighting, etc.). Very comfortable and perfectly equipped rooms, especially the magnificent bathroom. Superb pools. Warm and professional staff. Staying at Borgo Egnazia is a delight! Finally, note the consideration given to the environment.

04/06/2025: The gnoccheti were absolutely delicious. Good wine, nice music, great service. The veal tartare is also a must if you eat raw meat. Would definitely eat here again.
03/06/2025: I was here on the evening of my birthday, a Sunday, without a reservation. I went back three times to ask if, by chance, any reservations had not shown up, and with a little insistence (and a lot of hope) I finally managed to get a table. Since it was the only day I was in Ostuni, I absolutely wanted to eat at this restaurant... and luckily I did! I ate really well: excellent value for money, every dish was a delight, there wasn't one that I didn't like. The bombette melted in the mouth and the place was really welcoming. I can only give 5 stars. Thanks again!
