The owner is top🔝 The dining room staff were very nice, polite and very helpful. The pizza was excellent as was the rest of the menu. The restaurant is located in a point where once you enter it seems like you are outside Rome, the interior is very nice, the garden outside is welcoming and well kept. I advise.

Extraordinary coffee, the best bread in Rome.

Entering this inn while staying in Rome feels like staying in a farmhouse. Very kind owner and homemade cuisine. We start with an appetizer of rich cured meats but for my taste a good bit too tasty. Immediately afterwards I had a simple but well cooked cut of meat with a good flavour. The bread and slices of white pizza, still warm, served at the table are made by them since the structure, also given its name, was an ancient oven for which it also produces and sells bread and other baked products.

A unique place, it feels like being on a farm outside Rome, large outdoor spaces, historic structure with oven and restaurant. Never had such good bread, the 8 seed bread is divine! The oven uses the hazelnut shell which gives a unique taste, crunchy crust and very light crumb, healthy and good like few others... Excellent Roman pizza with 72 hour leavening, light, crunchy and digestible! Even the cuisine is no different, traditional Roman dishes together with original and refined first courses with rigorously handmade pasta. The service is attentive, present, kind and heartfelt, a team of really smart women, but above all the owner Claudia, smiling, hospitable, generous, takes care of every detail, creating a delightful place where I have now become at home! Satisfied with everything. Super recommended

Conoscevo il posto come forno, non ci avevo mai mangiato. Piacevole sorpresa. Sfiziosi gli antipasti, molto buoni i primi con una menzione speciale per gli gnocchi mirtillo e gorgonzola. Cucina "come a casa" e personale molto gentile. Sicuramente tornerò.

Ho pranzato diverse volte qui con discreta soddisfazione. I primi sono il loro forte, insieme al pane, cotto nell'antico forno presente nella struttura. Buoni gli antipasti, discreti i secondi. Ottimi i biscotti serviti con il caffè a fine pasto. Prezzi nella media.
