I'm giving it 5 stars because I can't give it 10.
There was a room available that was superior to the one we had booked, and they gave it to us at no extra cost.
The room and the entire hotel were wonderful.
The views of the lake are stunning, the rooms comfortable, and have everything you could need.
The breakfast was quality and complete.
A 10-star stay.
Highly recommended, and we'll stay again if we return to Lake Como.

I came for dinner with my wife, at a truly high-quality restaurant: carefully selected, typical lakeside dishes, carefully crafted and flavorful, enough to leave you completely satisfied. All this is accompanied by a good selection of wines and fast, punctual service—truly professional.

Wow! Both our hotel stay, dinner, and breakfast there were amazing! We stayed in the junior suite. The views from the private terrace were absolutely incredible. The semi-private pool was heated and wonderful to relax in. The room was modern, spacious, and clean. We felt it was a 5-star lodging experience.
Our dinner that evening was perfect and very reasonably priced. Entrees were 20-35€ and included many pastas and seafood varieties. It was delicious and the ambiance was just what we wanted after a day of travel.
The included breakfast in the morning was good and included coffee, juices, fruits, breads, muffins, eggs, etc. It was quiet and lovely.

The cuisine is refined: it offers typical dishes (but not only) reworked, well presented and well plated.
The large room is pleasant, well furnished and welcoming; the tables, well spaced, allow a discreet privacy, guaranteeing intimacy.
The staff is professional and at the same time friendly, never intrusive.
The venue is directly on the lake.
More than good value for money (40-50 euros each).
Parking difficult to find.
