It was a joy to discover this restaurant! We spent two days at a resort in Umbria where the food was truly awful, but luckily Locanda del Busta was just 10 minutes away. Exceptional! We went two nights in a row and will definitely return when we return to Umbria! The food is excellent, simple, and of the highest quality. The owner is truly polite, and all the staff are absolutely top-notch, kind, and helpful. A special thanks to Mrs. Giovanna, who works there with great passion and professionalism.

We have been coming here for many years, but the more we come here, the more it stands out from other places in the area. A selection of typical local dishes, prepared with great respect for flavors and balances, each one more delicious than the other. To be sure, we came back 3 times during this holiday 😅. In addition, excellent, professional and friendly service, Umbrian hospitality at its best. We have already decided that our first stop during our holiday next year will be here. We ate at Locanda del Busta and honestly we had a great time, we started with mixed tigelle and fried gnocco bologna, and it was like being catapulted into Emilia Romagna, then an excellent pizza, really good dough, with the base that remains nice and crunchy, and a hamburger from the chef, really tasty (as a Florentine I would have cooked the burger less, but I forgot to ask for it first, my mistake!). We ended it all with a super tasty and delicious tiramisu. Very friendly service, smiling staff, really a great experience. If we return to the area, we will definitely stop at Locanda del Busta. Excellent price too.
