A very welcoming place, renovated respecting the original stone walls and wooden beam ceiling (not fake wooden planks but maple trunks of at least 300 years and more). Well-managed room by Carlo and valid cuisine with selected and exceptional food. Also wine. The menu is made up of dishes inspired by the centuries-old taste of the Neapolitan royals and the subjects of San Leucio ... meats served on steaming cast iron plates and spectacular fried cod. From wild boar to clams, everything as our royals liked at the table in the 18th century ... Here they prepare tasty bread that is crunchy and soft at the same time. We did not eat pizza. Sono stata Domenica a pranzo in questo ristorante per la prima volta accompagnata dal mio fidanzato che già conosceva il posto. Sono rimasta piacevolmente colpita sia dall'estetica del locale che dai loro piatti. Abbiamo preso come antipasto le loro pallottole, squisite. E il polpo, veramente buono. Come primi dei tortelloni alla zucca e tagliolini ai funghi porcini. Tutto buonissimo. Inoltre abbiamo assaggiato il loro casatiello dolce, veramente saporito, tanto che ho voluto comprarne uno da mangiare in famiglia, una volta tornata a casa. Personale gentile. Servizio leggermente lento ma accettabile, di Domenica a pranzo. Prezzi giusti. Piacevole esperienza, lo consiglio.

Cucina e servizi un pò lenti, ma l'attesa ne vale la pena perchè si mangia veramente molto bene. Non saprei cosa indicare come piatto eccellente perchè dall'antipasto al primo al secondo tutto è veramente di alta qualità. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile.
