The place is beautiful; the photos don't do it justice. Combined with the serene atmosphere and the warm welcome from the staff, it's a gem worth saving and returning to.
The interesting menu offers various Piedmontese dishes, available à la carte or with a choice of menus.
Depending on the season, they also serve boiled meats, mixed fried fish, and other local specialties.
The dishes are tasty, beautifully plated, and balanced, accompanied by a good wine recommended by the owner and fresh bread.
We were truly thrilled with the menu and will definitely be back.

The atmosphere is quiet and dimly lit: there are about a dozen seats inside.
The owner is very friendly.
As with other stores, the initiative to discount short-shelf products through the Too Good to Go app is commendable, so they don't spoil and food is not wasted.

While in Turin, I wanted to avoid touristy meals, so I used Google Maps to find a well-rated local restaurant.
Their specialty is a Turin-style mixed stew, and the set meal includes beef, beef tongue, beef cheek, chicken, sausage, and a white truffle egg—very authentically Tuscan. The Tuscan appetizers were also excellent. It's worth mentioning that all the dishes, including hot dishes, dumplings, salad, and beef tartare, are homemade by the owners, unlike mass-produced restaurants. Although the service is a bit slow, it's well worth the wait.
It's best to call and make a reservation, as seating is limited.
The owners are very friendly and will patiently explain and introduce their dishes.
