La Locanda Dei Mori In Taormina

Visited here last week with my husband and it is the prettiest family run restaurant. We had the lasagne, potatoes and seafood spaghetti which was honestly the nicest pasta I had during my stay in Sicily. The house red wine was also delicious and only cost €7 for half a litre. We arrived around 7.30pm and got a table straight away but it did start to get a lot busier around 830pm. Try this place you won’t be disappointed!

A super-beautiful, hidden restaurant, off the beaten track. We stumbled upon it by chance and were immediately captivated by its charm. We loved it. The seating was very comfortable, the service was very warm, and the food was simply fantastic. I had some of the best spaghetti of my life there! (Spaghetti Isola Bella). The lasagna was also amazing. The half-liter of wine also comes from a cute rooster-shaped carafe from a ceramics shop around the corner (Manago Ceramiche). We'll be back in a heartbeat, and everyone should eat there!

The owner is great and the food is AMAZING!! If you are lucky to grab a seat for lunch. I highly recommend.

Off the main streets of Taormina we found this restaurant with a great value for money! Good food and super good price! The waiter was very friendly, the terrace was very nice and the house wine was delicious!

Superb restaurant a little away from the very touristy places! Affordable prices, friendly. We waited a little while for the dishes but because they were made with love you can feel it! Nice terrace, I recommend it.

Increíble experiencia, IT es una joya escondida en Taormina. Lo recomendaríamos IT a cualquiera y a todo el mundo. Buena comida por un precio justo. Puntos de bonificación para el gato súper lindo.

All’apparenza locale carino, intimo ed accogliente. Al nostro arrivo ci vengono proposti solo tavoli “defilati” e così pensiamo che gli altri siano riservati, invece notiamo che le sistemazioni migliori vengono proposte a clienti stranieri. Il servizio non è stato dei migliori, frettoloso e poco attento. Anche in questo caso notiamo una netta differenza nel servizio con clienti di altre nazioni. Il Menù è strutturato per una clientela straniera e non italiana. I piatti tipici siciliani sono pochissimi. Tuttavia è giusto dire che l’antipasto e la bruschetta da noi scelti erano buoni. Prezzo medio per Taormina.
