La Locanda Dei Mori In Taormina

We had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant. We tasted lasagna, bruschetta, burrata and sea salad and they were all lovely. The portion sizes were quite satisfying and taste was really good. The only negative would be counted as the comfort of the chairs. You are not able to lay back and sit comfortably. Thus we had to leave after we finished our meal. Maybe good for the restaurant but a little dissappointment for us

Very charming, in a quiet alley, served with kindness and modesty. The classic cuisine was absolutely delicious and masterfully executed. Fair and reasonable prices. The lasagna was perfect. I have fond memories of this experience. Thank you very much.

The bruschetta with caponata was very good, the pasta had an excessively “watery” crumb and only one sardine was counted on it.

We ordered a bruschetta caponata and a burrata. The burrata was larger than we expected and super fresh, and the tomato was flavorful. The bruschetta caponata was very good. You can tell they love making good food and serving their customers well, and they talk about the origin of their ingredients. Everything is homemade!

Extremely popular destinations often suffer from the difficulty for visitors to find a place to eat without going into 130 years of debt for a very average meal. So I realize how lucky I was to stumble upon La Locanda Dei Mori. A quiet alley, incredibly charming, with a splendid terrace. The warmth of the owners reassures and entertains you, and you enjoy delicious cuisine at very, very reasonable prices. La Locanda Dei Mori is one of those places you want to recommend to everyone, while selfishly hoping it remains discreet. Thinking back to these two ladies who, eating alone, ended up sharing the same table and conversation, I finally tell myself that this meeting place can only exist if you want to go there. Enjoy.

A small, charming restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, with portions that were truly generous. The cocktails deserve a special mention too, they were excellent. I felt taken care of from the moment I walked in. You’ve gotta try this place!

Increíble experiencia, IT es una joya escondida en Taormina. Lo recomendaríamos IT a cualquiera y a todo el mundo. Buena comida por un precio justo. Puntos de bonificación para el gato súper lindo.

All’apparenza locale carino, intimo ed accogliente. Al nostro arrivo ci vengono proposti solo tavoli “defilati” e così pensiamo che gli altri siano riservati, invece notiamo che le sistemazioni migliori vengono proposte a clienti stranieri. Il servizio non è stato dei migliori, frettoloso e poco attento. Anche in questo caso notiamo una netta differenza nel servizio con clienti di altre nazioni. Il Menù è strutturato per una clientela straniera e non italiana. I piatti tipici siciliani sono pochissimi. Tuttavia è giusto dire che l’antipasto e la bruschetta da noi scelti erano buoni. Prezzo medio per Taormina.
