I'm sorry but there is very little left of the "Ghiottoni" from a few years ago. Small portions and panzerotti with almost non-existent filling. As for the mortadella in the "Apulian" appetizer it has very little to do with it, if you later tell me that in Puglia in summer it is customary to eat it with the "focaccia", then bring it to me with the focaccia and not that I have to order it (a part) outside the tasting menu. SORRY, it was a point of reference to eat something "Typical Pugliese".

Really good food and impeccable service. We are now regular customers because we appreciate the good Apulian cuisine and the quality of the products, from meat to fish, and what's more the dishes are plentiful, which is not to be taken for granted. Always professional, polite and kind service, especially due to Daniele's friendliness!

We went for the first time and ordered typical home made dishes, all very good. Fast service but we were in the middle of the week so to evaluate at the weekend. Convenient parking suitable for companies and others... Even with small children there is also a high chair.

Prima volta, con la famiglia: siamo rimasti entusiasti, cameriere cortese e simpatico, ci ha consigliato al meglio. Cibo genuino (peccato non potere assaggiare tutto...). Esperienza da ripetere!

All in all not bad; but it must have been the wrong night or something, but with the place almost empty, the wait for the food was too long. I was expecting a much more varied menu, given that Apulian cuisine has a huge variety of dishes. Generous portions and fair price. The waiter was good and really worked hard!! But overall I expected much more. Rating 6.5.

28/01/2025: Giancarlo and Giovanna, in addition to being two friends, are also professional and capable people in their work. The food offered is always made with care and served with attention. Ditto for the drinks, which Giancarlo can also offer based on your tastes. All the staff should be rewarded because they are always smiling and never fail to say hello.
