We had the opportunity to dine at this hotel restaurant. I'd first like to compliment the staff. They took the time to make us feel pampered, providing tips and information about the hiking trails we were planning to do the next day. Their attention to detail is evident in the dishes as well. My hemp tagliolini with porcini mushrooms was phenomenal, and the 'chisol' with taragna, zola cheese, walnuts, and honey was delicious. For those like me who love mountain flavors, we'll definitely be back to try the other dishes and discover what the Brembana Valley has in store for us in spring. 🌸

We've been there several times, including today for lunch. I find the atmosphere warm and welcoming, the service excellent, and the dishes offered, while being local in style—meaning mountain cuisine—always have a touch of originality. The homemade desserts are top-notch. When we pass through Carona, it's a stop we often enjoy...

We had dinner at their restaurant and really enjoyed it. The place is wonderful, the service attentive but not intrusive, and the menu was very popular (with subtle flavors, but we loved it). They also have really good vegan and vegetarian options 😍

We had lunch today and had a great time: we recommend the mixed platter, the blueberry risotto, and the venison tagliatelle. The staff is friendly, courteous, and professional. The atmosphere is refined, quiet, and welcoming.

We had dinner in this restaurant... what can I say... everything fabulous... the place is beautiful, refined, amazing... the waiter is very kind, the food is divine, the coffee is an absolute must... it comes in beautiful cups... highly recommended, if you are in the area, it is a must-see... 🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝

The host, a native of Molise, is incredibly kind and helpful. He made my family and I feel very welcome every time we ate at La Locandiera during our stay in Carona. The menu is excellent, and the fermented foods are incredibly interesting. Thank you!
