Exquisite dinner, everything was excellent, starting from the beauty of the place up to the service and finally obviously the food. Professional, friendly, excellent value for money. The appetizer tasting menu is highly recommended.

Family dinner. Exceptional gastronomic experience! High quality raw fish served under careful preparation by the host and equally refined land appetizers and elaborate flavours. Rich and tasty first courses and second courses of fish and meat prepared with care, attention to presentation and rich in flavour. We only accept reservations as the restaurant is very popular. The proposed cellar is excellent. I also recommend visiting it in winter and tasting the truffle-based dishes which, together with the raw dishes, make this restaurant a point of reference in the gastronomic panorama of Salento, in every season.

In person the restaurant decor is more pleasing, we sat outside on a balmy night served by a Lindsey Buckingham's lookalike, we love Fleetwood Mac! I ordered a deep Pan langoustine dish that sat in it's own juices with added pasta, it was so delicious I was craving it again the next day. My partner ordered a perfectly cooked fresh Swordfish. We ordered a house white the first visit which was very affordable & quaffable. As we were so impressed we returned a couple of days later to order a smorgasbord of raw fish which we found truly delicious this time accompanied by a delicious bottle of local Verdeca. Appetising and unpretentious, we will most definitely be back!

La locanda dei camini e’ a mio parere trai 10 migliori ristoranti del salento! Sala e cucina sono perfettamente in sintonia, e questo influisce positivamente con la serata che trascorrerete in questo ristorante! Vi faccio i miei complimenti

Massimo dei voti per questo ristorante di pesce ! Ambiente elegante e confortevole. Da non perdere gli antipasti e la pasta con pesce fresco servita nella padella. Gestori molto gentili e simpatici. Prezzi corretti. Super !

25/08/2024: Charming location with superior service and excellent gourmet food. The place is really wonderful and luxurious. The staff very professional and trained. The elaborate, fresh and quality food. Not recommended for those who want to eat a lot while spending the right amount because this is not the type of restaurant anyway... more recommended instead for those looking for class, elegance, excellent service and excellent food, knowing however that they will have to pay properly for everything.
24/08/2024: Simply unforgettable dinner. Excellent food, attentive but never intrusive service, dream atmosphere. We were happy, we absolutely recommend it.

16/08/2024: Thanks for the experience. In a world of busy traders and customers, you are an exception. Applause goes to the kindness of the owners and staff (as well as friendliness), applause goes to the formula they have chosen. Excellent sandwiches and excellent meats, a location that I will regret for a while.
11/08/2024: I went to a country pub where I ate one of the best burgers of my life. Juicy and perfectly cooked meat, accompanied by fresh ingredients and flavor combinations that surprised my palate. The chips were crispy and tasty, all served with attention to detail that was immediately noticeable. The welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff made the experience even more enjoyable. A place where I will definitely return to relive this gastronomic pleasure.
