Tried this small and perhaps unique restaurant in Philadelphia for the first time. Cute and welcoming... The menu is short but carefully chosen, especially the first courses... Generous and delicious... Scialatielli with porcini mushrooms and pancetta, and Filejia with tomato, soppressata, and eggplant. 🔝 Recommended!

Prices too high for the dishes ordered....

Two hours of waiting for the paccheri (5 counted), full of fat when before ordering we had specifically asked if they were. To forget.

An excellent restaurant for dinner in the area. Very pleasant atmosphere with a rustic taste. Not a very extensive menu but all the ingredients are top quality and fresh. Even the pasta seems to be homemade and not packaged. In particular, I recommend the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms among the first courses, they really have an excellent overall balance. The pizza is no exception; the dough of the latter is really light with excellent leavening (zero digestion problems). Even for the pizza, very fresh ingredients are used. I recommend the "Tropeana", a perfect expression of the flavors of the area. This restaurant was my reference for three nights in a row, without making me feel the need to look for something else. Recommended. I will definitely return on my next stop in the area.
