The waiters welcomed us with kindness and courtesy even though I asked to have lunch at 2:45 pm, despite the inappropriate time we felt truly welcomed. The environment is super clean and the meals were nothing short of exceptional! We will definitely return to the bishop's inn.

The Il Vescovo Rosso inn is an excellent choice for those who want to taste typical Calabrian dishes in a welcoming and familiar environment. The quality of the food, combined with attentive service and a good quality/price ratio, make it a point of reference for residents and visitors of Cosenza. I recommend it!

The inn is one of my favorite restaurants. It is the restaurant where, when friends or relatives who come from outside come to visit me here in Cosenza, I am happy to take them to eat. Safety in every aspect, from service to the quality of the cuisine.
